Return Policy

PURCHASE POLICY & LATE FEES

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase printed on receipt. Changes/Cancellations can be made by emailing Customer Service. After the 24-hour period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Each school has a deadline based on delivery schedule and manufacturing requirements. Orders after that deadline will have a late fee applied for administration and manufacturing set-up.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

For damaged product, and/or incorrect sizes, please email our Customer Service to resolve and replace. Customers will receive free shipping for damaged product and their first size exchange. Customer will be responsible for shipping after the first sizing exchange.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Graduation Regalia is manufactured in the fall of each year and delivered based on your school’s request. Deliveries are made at the school on a selected date by the school. Re-delivery attempts may or may not be made. Your school may or may not keep the gown in the office for your convenience. Others will be available at our local representative’s office. Pick-up of regalia is Customer’s responsibility. Refunds and cancellations are not granted based on receiving regalia.

Senior Memorabilia are drop-shipped from our Dallas manufacturing facility. All items are processed after the 24-hour waiting period. All sales are final.

Custom and Announcement items are pre-order and non-refundable for any reason.
